A crank allows you to easily open and lower the canopy, whilst a tilt mechanism enables you to angle it towards the sun for enhanced shade and protection. The parasol also has an air vent to stop the wind pulling it up and improve heat circulation. Shade yourself from the sunshine all day long with our 2.4m Crank and Tilt Parasol. Perfect for a 2 to 4 seater bistro table, it features a 2.4m canopy in a choice of colours to suit your garden setting.
Thanks to a push-button pivot mechanism on the pole, you can easily tilt the canopy to fully shade you from the sun. Perfect during morning sunrise and evening sunset when the sun is lying low.
We've designed the canopy using 180gsm polyester material for strength and durability. Rated UV30+ to provide excellent protection from harmful UV rays and keep you safely shaded.
Forget about a fiddly pulley system because our garden parasol has a crank handle for easy operation. Simply wind the handle one way to open the canopy or wind it the other way to close it.
An air vent at the top of the canopy helps to stop sudden gusts of wind pulling the parasol upwards. Also, if it's a particularly sunny day, the vent helps to keep you cool when you're sitting beneath it.
We've designed the parasol with an aluminium pole which has a 38mm diameter. Lighter than steel, making the parasol easier to move around. Plus, powder-coated to prevent corrosion.
The aluminium parasol comes in two parts for easy assembly. Simply screw the top pole into the bottom pole and it's ready to use. Or unscrew the poles to disassemble and easily store away.
Planning to use the tilting parasol through a table? Choose a base weighing under 25kg. Using it without the extra stability of a table? Then you'll need a compatible base weighing 25kg or more.
