How do the candles work?

Each snowflake candle contains a pivoted flame-shaped plastic tip which reflects the light from a concealed LED to emit a realistic warm white glow. An electro-magnet causes the tip to move in a gentle flickering motion to create the appearance of a genuine, burning candle flame.
